| Rental Policies & Cancellations |
A minimum of $75.00 is required on all rentals. Any cancellation must be made prior to three weeks from rental date and deposit will be refunded. For rentals made after three weeks from event date the deposit or payment is non-refundable. A $40.00 charge for all returned checks. . In the case of severe inclement weather we reserve the right to cancel for safety and security reasons. Your payment would be good for up to two years for any rental.
If it's showering or lightly raining we will call you first to discuss delivery. We will let you make the decision as to take the rental or reschedule.
Once any item is delivered and inclement weather follows there would be no refunds or cancellation dates.

For any rental of fun food machines such as cotton candy, popcorn machines, steamers, grills, ect. you are responsible for cleaning all equipment in the way it was delivered prior to our pick up. This is mandatory under the Commonwealth of Massachusetts code of health.
Any item not properly cleaned maybe subject to a cleaning fee.
